Shipping ScheduleUpon payment receive, we will ship the order item(s) within 3 working days subject to stock availability via courier service. We are no responsible for any damage or delay cause by courier company/shipping agenet/forwarder during delivery process.

Shipping RateA flat rate of RM7 postage apply to all order for any shipment within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia free for the first 1kg. Subsequent rate is RM12 per kg

Free ShippingFree shipping is applicable for order above RM 200 in a single transaction/receipt, For East Malaysia only valid for first 1kg. Subsequent rate is RM12 per kg

  1. We only accept items for return or exchange (there is a 20% restocking fee) that is made within 5 days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone.
  2. We only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resale condition.
  3. Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund.
  4. Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for Exchanges
  5. Shipping cost are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
  6. Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. Customer will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.
  7. We will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us, so, please ensure that your item is properly packaged and insured, if necessary. In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit.
