HOW TO ORDER

Our ordering process is as easy as 1,2,3,4

1.) Please click/open/download the following user guide for detail ordering process

2.) Make the payment within 2 days upon completing the ordering process. Order will only consider confirm and conclude upon payment made. Our system will automatically purge order and relist item with no payment receive within 2 days upon receiving order email notification.

3.) Once payment make, please email/notify us your Order ID, Beneficiary Bank, Amount Bank in and Time bank in to kasihkusayangku@gmail.com or sms us at +6 019 262 4239

4.) For payment make before 12p.m. on working day, normally we will ship your order item(s) on the same day provided stock is available and normally you can receive it next working day. For payment make after 12pm, normally we will only ship your order items next working day. If you didn’t receive your order items within 3 days, please kindly notify us immediately, we will help you to check with our forwarder.

Shipping Schedule
Upon payment receive, we will ship the order item(s) within 3 working days subject to stock availability via courier service

Shipping Rate
A flat rate of RM7 postage apply to all order for any shipment within West Malaysia and RM12 postage for East Malaysia for the first 1kg. The following kg is RM8

Free Shipping
Free shipping is applicable for order above RM 200 in a single transaction/receipt, For East Malaysia only valid for first 1kg.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

• We only accept items for return or exchange (there is a 20% restocking fee) that is made within 5 days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone.
• We only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resale condition.
• Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund.
• Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for Exchanges
• Shipping cost are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
• Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. Customer will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.
• We will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us, so, please ensure that your item is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit.
